Deapartment welcomes Dr. Elizabeth Radcliff to the Public Health Programs Advisory Board

Elizabeth Radcliff, RN, MSPH, PhD currently works in the Department of Health Services Policy and Management in the Arnold School of Public Health, University of South Carolina. A former pediatric nurse, she oversees the Maternal and Child Health division of research at the South Carolina Rural Health Research Center and coordinates the evaluation of several statewide MCH-related programs.

Dr. Radcliff has an undergraduate degree in nursing from the University of Florida and a Master’s of Science in Public Health and PhD in Health Services Research (HSR) from UNC Charlotte. She is grateful to be asked to serve as an HSR alumnae representative on the board and is looking forward to seeing all of UNC Charlotte’s public health programs continue to grow and produce exemplary graduates.

Dr. Radcliff spends her free time working with a nonprofit organization based in Johannesburg, South Africa that is looking to expand home visiting and early childhood development services to mothers and children in urban settlements throughout southern Africa.
